Contribute to the Wedding

Yard Clean Up

  • Trim blackberries behind the greenhouse — makes them easier to pick
  • Trim blackberries for the camping area
  • Set ant traps in the greenhouse and surrounding areas
  • Dispose of the water hemlock and its seeds
  • Collect all of the thistle seeds
  • Clear blackberries behind the black currants

Clean Up

Outside

  • Build stairs to the Garden Door
  • Clean out the barbecue house
  • Find all the chairs in the yard
  • Scrub out the pantry cupboard and reclaim it
  • Garbage dump run
  • Wash the string lights
  • Old wood
  • Chicken house
  • Greenhouse stuff

Inside

  • Install Switch Plates and Outlet Covers
  • Pickup Boxes and Tools
  • Get Room Ready for Robin

Decisions

  • Walk the wedding pathways to verify
  • Decide where the tents go

Kitchen & Tables

  • Pick up tables
  • Check propane — gather extra for outdoor cooking
  • Set up a basic outdoor cooking kitchen
  • Dishes — Victoria, do you also have silverware?
  • Move the fire pit? Is it legal during the August burn ban?

Decorations

  • Go through my fabric for the wedding
  • Find my tablecloths
  • Make more garlands of cotton fabric
