Roasted Brussel Sprouts
These can be prepared very simply as below or you can add a touch of flair with Balsamic Vinegar or other flavors.
Ingredients:
- Brussel Sprouts
- Olive Oil
- Pepper
- Salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Trim ends, and cut in half. If they are very large, quarter them.
- Coat with Olive Oil.
- Add pepper and salt to taste.
- Roast sprouts on baking sheets in a single layer.
