Roasted Brussel Sprouts

These can be prepared very simply as below or you can add a touch of flair with Balsamic Vinegar or other flavors.

Ingredients:

  • Brussel Sprouts
  • Olive Oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Trim ends, and cut in half. If they are very large, quarter them.
  3. Coat with Olive Oil.
  4. Add pepper and salt to taste.
  5. Roast sprouts on baking sheets in a single layer.
