1 Head of Cauliflower 2 Medium Sweet Potatoes 1 Can Chickpeas 1 Medium Onion Garlic Ginger Cumin

Instructions

  1. Chop cauliflower and sweet potatoes into 1/2 cubes
  2. Saute onion until translucent
  3. Add Garlic, Ginger and Cumin; cook for 2 minutes
  4. Add cauliflower, sweet potatoes, and chickpeas to the pot
